Sadie & Matt

 

If you’ve never visited Dawes Arboretum in Newark, I suggest you carve out some time to check it out. Sadie & Matt chose this location, not only for their engagement session but for their actual wedding day! The grounds are meticulously maintained and the Japanese Garden had so much beauty to offer us for photo ops.

Sadie & Matt are such wonderful, kind and light hearted people and Sadie’s  personality just makes you feel instantly at ease. Having been together for a little while now, its easy to see why these two are getting married – they compliment each other so well! 

I love it when engaged couples are up for an adventure in their photo shoot. We skipped along rocks over the water, used old windows from buildings as backdrops and climbed under blooming trees. The options were endless at Dawes and if I hadn’t have had a wedding to get to right after their shoot, we would have spent a lot more time there!

Thank you for the opportunity to document this milestone Sadie & Matt! These two are not only celebrating their engagement but their new home ownership as well! Such wonderful, big blessings to start your marriage journey off.
