My Sunday was a dream! A yeti full of coffee, the open road and two photo shoots scheduled for the day. I was privileged to spend an hour out of the afternoon with this group!

They rented an AWESOME cabin on VRBO in the Hocking Hills (complete with a hot tub and pool!) for a mini family reunion and.. everyone (count ’em, EIGHT kids between the two of them!) could make it this year!! That’s definitely worthy of scheduling some photos and some celebration, don’t you think?!

The matriarch and patriarch of this beautiful blended family are Mary and Michael. I’ve been looking forward to this shoot for a long time! Immediately after our initial phone conversation, I knew Mary and I were going to be a good client/photographer fit. She has such a kind spirit and beautiful smile!

I was bummed that I only had an hour with this crowd because they seem like they know how to have fun!

We even had our own little mini engagement sessions with the couples after the larger family portraits! We definitely were blessed with some beautiful fall colors on the vacation property and once the sun started to sink, a delicious golden hour!
