When Cheri and Dennis first called me to tell me about how they were planning her daughter Chelsey’s wedding, I knew within minutes that this was an amazing family. Her kindness is apparent and the whole wedding party reflects the light that He calls us to have.
On the big day, I met Chelsey in her home as she was getting her hair and makeup done. Everyone was excited (and nervous!) and we coordinated an amazingly special first look out on the patio. As the moment unfolded, I had chills – the love that her and Jason share was so apparent, and the blessing of their marriage was truly an honor to witness.
Despite the freezing temperatures, Chelsey and Jason kept smiles on their faces and snuggled in together for a super fun outdoor bridal shoot. We walked around the Cox Arboretum and took full advantage of the beautiful scenery. True authentic love is never difficult to photograph, and these two were such a good example of that. They nuzzled and snuggled, making my job easy and fun!
The wedding itself was (no surprise) absolutely beautiful as her and Jason shared their own vows written to each other. I’m fairly certain that there was not a dry eye in the entire chapel as Jason spoke his penned words to Chelsey – telling her that he promises to put her second only to God, and that she has all of him, forever.
This was one of those weddings where clients became friends. There is just so much beauty in these souls.
