As a seasoned seller and buyer of property, I know how vital the photos are to grasp the attention of a potential buyer. Real Estate photography sessions are scheduled specifically for each property – based on the direction the home is facing to optimize ideal lighting scenarios and views. We work closely with the agent and the seller to help make the most out of your investment. Drone photography is included in all our packages and we have full certifications and licensing through the FAA.

All packages include a minimum of 35 photos to maximize the MLS capacity. All 35 photos are included in each package because we know that it is important to showcase as much of a property to a potential buyer as possible. We take the time to add the special touches to the listings that will set them apart.

We also offer full video tours with licensed music overlay for properties and Matterport 3D Tours to take your listings to the next level.
